Maru hat knitting pattern (English)
Inspired by vikkel stitch stockings from the island of Muhu, Maru plays with interlocking vikkel twisted stitch patterns and shapes. Named storm it is the perfect hat for any wintery storm.
This hat is knit from the brim up. The brim features ribbing with a centred twisted stitch vikkel pattern that extends into a strip up the body of the hat to the end of the crown shaping.
