Please note that all orders shipping from the UK (all orders excluding USA Pop Up Shop) are shipped with Royal Mail which is experiencing delays because of strikes. To ensure holiday delivery check the final ordering dates and get your order in as soon as possible.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

All shipping prices will be in GBP £ unless stated in other currencies. All orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Please note we are trying to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and aim to send them out in 1-4 days of being placed. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped. As we use Royal Mail for items shipping from the UK be aware that strikes by Royal Mail will affect delivery times.

  • Orders will be sent out with a tracked Royal Mail Second Class service, which normally arrives in 2-3 days. There is a flat rate of £6 for all orders up to 2kg.

For orders all orders being delivered outside the UK, please note that you may be require to pay import duty to receive your item.     Orders from this limited run pop up shop will be shipped from the east coast of the USA for orders only to / within the USA .

    If you want to order items that are marked as shipping from the UK, you will need to make separate orders and pay for the correct shipping based on the items shipping location

    These orders will be shipped using USPS.

    Orders up to 0.4kg are £9.60 / USD $11.61

    Orders 0.41kg to 2kg are £14.90 / USD $18

 

RETURNS

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from Aleks Byrd Designs, but if for any reason you are not, certain items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery to you. Please note that digital patterns do not qualify for refunds. The sale of a digital pattern is final. All physical items qualify for refunds. Your refund will be made by the same method used for the purchase. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Please note that items are considered your property until it arrives with us, and we are not liable to refund or exchange it. The item must in the same condition it was sent to you with any associated packaging in tact, so we can re-sell it. Once we have received the item and checked that it is in a re-saleable condition, we will refund the item. We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and will email or write to confirm when this has been done.
